Voxly.pk Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Voxly.pk ("Platform"), you agree to these legally binding Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any future revisions.
2. Account Management
2.1 Eligibility- Users must be 16 years or older.
- Only one account is allowed per individual.
- One Account per IP/Device: Only one account per IP address and device is allowed.
- No VPNs/Proxies: Use of VPNs, proxies, or device manipulation to bypass restrictions is prohibited.
- Multiple accounts: Permanent ban and forfeiture of all points.
- IP sharing abuse: Account suspension and points reset.
We may require valid government-issued ID:- For redemption of rewards exceeding 5,000 points
- If fraudulent activity is suspected
- To comply with tax or regulatory obligations under Pakistani law
3. Points System
3.1 Earning Points- Each poll has a fixed points budget (e.g., 10,000 points).
- Points are divided equally among users who answer correctly.
Your Points = Total Poll Budget / Number of Correct Respondents
Example: 10,000 points ÷ 500 correct users = 20 points per user- Incorrect or skipped polls earn zero points.
- Points expire after 365 days of inactivity.
- Points are non-transferable.
- Points have no cash value.
Points will be forfeited if:- The account is terminated
- Fraud or cheating is detected
- Violations of Section 2.2 occur
4. Dispute Resolution
4.1 Binding Arbitration
All disputes will be handled internally via the following:- File a dispute at voxly.pk@gmail.com within 14 days
- Internal investigation conducted
- Final, binding decision issued within 30 days
- Court litigation
- Class action suits
- Jury trials
5. Prohibited Conduct
5.1 Strictly Forbidden- Use of bots or automated tools
- Vote manipulation or networked cheating
- Hate speech or unlawful content (PECA 2016, Section 11)
- Reselling or redistributing rewards
- First offense: 7-day suspension and points reset
- Second offense: Permanent ban and point forfeiture
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 User Content License
By participating, you grant Voxly.pk rights to:- Anonymize and aggregate your poll responses
- Use aggregated data for analytics and research
All code, systems, and designs are exclusive property of Voxly.pk. No rights are granted to copy or reproduce any part of the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
7.1 Use at Your Own Risk
Voxly.pk is provided "as-is" and "as-available". We do not guarantee:- Platform uptime
- Technical accuracy
- Reward delivery times
- Accuracy of poll content
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voxly.pk is not responsible for:- Loss or expiration of points
- Delayed or failed rewards
- Technical errors or service interruptions
- Content errors or user misinterpretation
- Account bans resulting from policy violations
If found liable, our total liability is limited to the non-monetary value of the affected reward. Points cannot be redeemed for or converted into cash.
7.4 Third-Party Rewards
We are not responsible for the quality, availability, or delivery of third-party rewards. All redemptions are subject to availability and change.
Reminder: Voxly points are virtual and promotional. They hold no real-world monetary value.
8. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by:- Electronic Transactions Ordinance, 2002
- Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016
9. Amendments- Material Changes: 30-day prior notice via email or platform
- Non-material Changes: Effective immediately

User Acknowledgment
By creating an account or using Voxly.pk, you confirm:- You are 16+ years old
- You accept binding internal arbitration
- You will not create multiple accounts
- You understand points have no cash value
